Refund and Returns

At Linthread, we design timeless linen shirts made for comfort, ease, and lasting style. Because many of our garments are crafted just for you, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Return Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
  • Not be a customized or made-to-order product

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@twoskyretail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Because many of our Linthread pieces are made-to-order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or laundered
  • Orders placed with incorrect sizing or color due to customer error
  • Change-of-mind returns

We encourage you to consult our size guide or message us before purchasing if you’re unsure.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We advise using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll help you arrange a replacement, refund, or credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Garments that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like to order a different item or size, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refund Process

After we inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified if your refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary by your bank or payment provider.
